Electrical Heavy Weight Integration Centre Inaugurated in Visakhapatnam. This was developed by NSTL (Naval Science and Technology Laboratory) and it was developed for testing, design and production of heavy weight torpedoes, as stated by SV Rangarajan, Director of NSTL.
