The second South Asian Diaspora Convention (SADC) will be hosted by Singapore. The event will be organised by The Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS) on 21-23 November 2013 and it will be on the theme of Connecting Global South Asians. The institute is part of the National University of Singapore.
