The Liberian leader and delegation touched down at the Indira Gandhi International Airport at 2:45 p.m. Monday, September 9, and was met on arrival by Indian Government officials led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Smits Prenect Kaus. By the dictates of Indian tradition and official protocol, the State welcoming ceremony will take place on Wednesday, September 11, at the Forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan (Presidential Palace) with the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmoham Singh and President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee in attendance.
