All India Radio’s free SMS Service launched by Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting at function in New Delhi. Bharat Nirman Campaign is also launched by the web portal. Registered listeners will be provided free SMS service on their mobile phones. Listeners have to send SMS to 08082080820 by typing AIRNWS space their name or give a missed call.
